2. Who requires a common seal?

Common seals are commonly used by companies and other organisations for corporate documentation and administrative purposes. Requirements may vary depending on internal policy, counterparties, and the nature of the documents involved.

3. What information is required to place an order?

Please prepare the following:

  • Registered company name
  • Company registration number
  • Editable Adobe Illustrator (AI) file (for layout or artwork, where applicable)
  • Standard maximum diameter: 40mm
  • Special requirements up to 50mm available upon enquiry

Applicable for common seals (table seals) and pocket seals.

4. Turnaround time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM during operating hours are typically ready by the next working day. Instant service may be available at a higher cost.

5. Delivery and collection

Delivery is arranged via third-party courier partners. Delivery time depends on courier schedules. Self-collection is available at our office.

6. Replacement services

Replacement services are available, including replacement of handles or seals if damaged. Please contact us with clear details, including photos or videos where helpful, so we can advise on the appropriate replacement.
